The Ministry of Finance continues the Fidelis program aimed at the public, i.e. those government securities listed on the capital market (BVB). Those interested can sign up from Wednesday (February 21) to March 1.
The highest percentage for donors is 7% for 1 year, and the minimum amount is 500 lei. They must have a certificate valid from July 1, 2023 to March 1, 2024.

6% for 1 year – lei
6.75% for 3 years – lei
4% for 1 year – euros
5% for 5 years – euros
The minimum amount is 5,000 lei or 1,000 euros for those in European currency.
Interest is paid annually. It can be subscribed to through Alpha Bank, BT Capital partners, BCR and BRD. The easiest way, if you are an investor in the capital market, is to do it through an account opened with a broker: a few clicks.
BNR estimates inflation in the first quarter of next year at 3.7%.
