Ilfov police announced on Saturday that the Bufta court issued warrants for the preventive arrest of two young men, aged 23 and 19, in the case of the second in absentia for aggravated theft and failure to keep weapons and ammunition.
The police raided their homes a day ago, the source said.

In this case, a 24-year-old man suspected of involvement in other thefts from houses in the cities of Ilfov was also arrested this week. Also during this period, stolen weapons and ammunition were discovered in Lake Pantelimon.
The theft took place on January 6, when a man reported to the police that unknown persons had stolen several pieces of jewelry, a combat pistol and 24 rounds of ammunition from his home in Voluntar. The man is a former DRIB officer and was on vacation when thieves broke into his home and stole weapons and jewelry that he kept in a safe, the Observer reports.
