Romania started the Davis Cup match with Greece on the left after Marius Kopil lost to Stefanos Tsitsipas.

The athlete, ranked 283 in the ATP hierarchy, lasted only two sets in a dispute with Stefanos Tsitsipas (10 ATP), who needed an hour and 18 minutes to win.
