DIICOT announced on Wednesday the arrest of two persons suspected of trafficking in high-risk drugs and being involved in the trafficking of high-risk drugs.

“From the evidentiary materials provided in the case, it became known that in the period from November 2023 to January 2024, one of the persons sold cocaine (a high-risk narcotic) with the support of the other, who acted as an intermediary in the transactions,” the quoted source said.

Later, the judge on rights and freedoms of the Bucharest Court ordered the preventive arrest of the two defendants.
