A man who deliberately ran over his girlfriend’s ex-concubine on the street in Slatin with his car is appealing against a restraining order imposed by a court in Ault. The prosecutor’s office established that the young man who was hit by a car was pursuing his ex-concubine, who had obtained a protection order, which was the cause of the conflict between them, News.ro reports.

After the incident, the victim needs more than a hundred days of medical care, and the driver is being investigated for attempted murder.

Carpenter Robert-Konstantin, who deliberately ran over his girlfriend’s ex-concubine with a car, appealed on Sunday the preventive measure imposed by the Olt court.

The prosecutor’s office established that the incident took place on Saturday at 09:24 on Jonashku Street in the municipality of Slatin.

“After the checks, it was established that the said DR-C., 30 years old, from the municipality of Slatin, Olt County, while driving a BMW car with the registration number HD 99 JYT, against the background of the conflict, intentionally ran over the victim DC-L., 30 years, from the municipality of Slatin, who, as a driver, got out of a Citroen car with the registration number DJ 16 NEE, after which the indicated DR-C pulled the victim out of the roadway. on the sidewalk, trampling him with the wheels of a car, causing him traumatic injuries, the treatment of which requires 100-120 days of medical care,” prosecutors said.

According to them, the former concubine of the victim was also a passenger in the BMW car, against the latter a temporary protection order was issued by the Balsha court between 05.12.2023 and 05.03.2024.

The protective order was aimed at “prohibiting any contact with the victim and an obligation to stay away from ML F.”

However, the man who was run over by the car pursued his former concubine, which became the reason for the conflict between the two men.
