According to the decision taken by the General Meeting of Shareholders on November 28, the fixed remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors of Societăță de Transport Bucharest (STB) was increased from approximately 11,640 gross lei per month to approximately 18,285 gross lei. The fixed allowance is supplemented by an annual variable allowance of 12 fixed monthly allowances based on performance, but until now it has been awarded annually. Practically, earnings reach about 36,570 lei/month/gross – 7,300 euros per month/gross. This is despite the fact that the Board of Directors usually holds only one meeting per month.
