According to the decision taken by the General Meeting of Shareholders on November 28, the fixed remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors of Societăță de Transport Bucharest (STB) was increased from approximately 11,640 gross lei per month to approximately 18,285 gross lei. The fixed allowance is supplemented by an annual variable allowance of 12 fixed monthly allowances based on performance, but until now it has been awarded annually. Practically, earnings reach about 36,570 lei/month/gross – 7,300 euros per month/gross. This is despite the fact that the Board of Directors usually holds only one meeting per month.

“The fixed remuneration is the amount equivalent to three times the average over the last 12 months of the average accrued monthly salary for activities carried out in accordance with the main type of activity registered by the company at the class level in accordance with the classification of activities. in the national economy, reported by the National Institute of Statistics, respectively, the amount: 3 x 6,095.92 lei/month (according to the notification of the INS dated 12.09.2023 regarding the change in average gross earnings from August 2022 to July 2023), this is indicated in DECISION No. 12/28.11.2023, adopted by the regular general meeting of shareholders of Societățăi de Transport Bucharest STB SA. Before this increase since May, the fixed monthly allowance was 2 x 5,828 lei/month.

The general meeting of shareholders is formed by: Melchiu Florin, Mitu Rezvan Aurel, Rudeanu Buyor Silviu, representatives of the General Council of the Municipality of Bucharest and the Ilfov County Council.
