Denys Alibek wants to return to Farul Constanta to be sure of an invitation to Euro 2024
Alibek, 32, said in an interview with Digisport that he wants to return to the domestic championship this winter.
We are talking about Farul Constanta, the only team that would still have the right to play this season (already ticked the boxes for two teams and would not be able to qualify for the third).
Having fully helped Farul become the champion of Romania, Alibek moved to the Qatari club Muaither SC.
Now the striker wants to return to be in the coach’s field of vision and play matches on his feet.
“I also spoke with Mister (No. Murcia Gonzalez, coach of Muaytair FC), maybe I will transfer now, in the winter.
If not, I hope to play as well as possible here and win a few games to move up. The pace of the matches is good, but the pace is not so intense in training.
I realized that under the new rules I can play for a third team in a year, and if not, then for Farul Constanta. For the first time, I have to think about playing here because I have a contract with them,” – Denys Alibek from Digisport.
In the previous matches of Euro-2024, Denys Alibek distinguished himself three times as part of the Romanian national team. The last success was decisive: 1:0 against Switzerland.
