We will remind you that on October 30, the Information and Security Service of the Republic of Moldova ordered to block 31 web pages in the country, most of which are managed directly from Russia.

In addition, six TV channels will be blocked during the state of emergency in Moldova.

These are Orizont TV, ITV, Prime, Publika, Canal 2 and Canal 3.

The head of the SIS, Alexandru Musteata, explained that these TV stations operate with “numerous violations of the law” that the Audiovisual Council (CA) and the SIS have identified.

“This poses a threat to information security. These stations constantly promote manipulative narratives, which, together with informational aggression facilitated by an external factor, create an additional source of instability in the environment of Ukraine, NATO and the EU. The editorial policy of these stations is aimed at deploying a disinformation campaign in the interests of individuals or legal entities included in the international sanctions lists of the EU and the USA, as well as the Shor criminal group. At the same time, for the implementation of external hybrid influence on the part of the state subject of the Russian Federation (…), – said Musteata, quoted by Ziarul de Gardă.
