Collections made by cash and carry stores will be limited to a daily limit of 10,000 lei per person.
Collections made by legal entities, authorized natural persons, individual enterprises, family enterprises, freelancers, natural persons carrying out activities independently, associations and other subjects with or without the status of a legal entity, will be carried out within the daily amount of 5,000 lei per person. .
Payments to them will be made within the daily upper amount of 5,000 lei/person, but will not exceed the total maximum amount of 10,000 lei/day.
Payments in cash and carry stores will be limited to a total daily limit of 10,000 lei.
Fragmented cash receipts from beneficiaries for invoices whose value exceeds 5,000 lei and 10,000 lei, respectively, in the case of cash shops, as well as fragmented invoices for the delivery of goods or services are prohibited. than 5,000 lei, respectively 10,000 lei.
Partial cash payments to suppliers of goods and services based on invoices, the value of which exceeds 5,000 lei and, accordingly, 10,000 lei, to cash and carry stores are prohibited.
PFA companies, etc. can pay invoices for an amount exceeding the upper limit of 5,000 lei, to suppliers of goods and services, respectively, 10,000 lei, to cash and carry stores, as shown: 5,000 lei/10,000 lei in cash, the amount exceeding this limit can be paid only with the help of non-cash means of payment.
Collection and payment operations carried out between companies, PFA and natural persons representing remuneration for the supply or purchase of goods or services, dividends, assignment of receivables or other rights and receipt or return of loans or other financing are carried out within the daily limit of 10,000 lei on/from person
For canceled invoices related to returned goods and/or services that were not provided, for an amount above 5,000 lei, respectively 10,000 lei, in the case of cash and transport stores, reimbursement of the respective amounts can be made as follows. : 5,000 lei, respectively 10,000 lei in cash, amounts exceeding these limits can only be reimbursed using non-cash payment instruments.
In the case of the return of goods by individuals and, accordingly, the non-provision of services to individuals, the corresponding amounts can be returned in cash within the limit of 10,000 lei, and the amounts exceeding this limit can be returned only through non-cash means of payment. As an exception, if on the date of the refund, natural persons under their own responsibility declare that they do not have a bank account, the refund can be made in full in cash, regardless of the size of the amount to be refunded.
