Images released by Hamas show militants holding Israeli children during Saturday’s massacre at Kibbutz Holit as the group infiltrated southern Israel. The propaganda clip wants to imply that the group sympathizes with the little ones.
According to the Israeli newspaper The Jerusalem Post, the footage was recorded when Hamas militants entered Israel last Saturday.
The video, posted on the Hamas Telegram channel, was accompanied by the message: “Hamas fighters show compassion to children during fighting in Kibbutz Holit on the first day of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood.”
Thirteen Israelis were killed in a Hamas attack on Kibbutz Holit.
The video shows armed members of Hamas holding children sitting at a table.
One of them is pushing the stroller, and the child is crying. Others carry frightened children in their arms, rock them and pat them on the back.

A member of Hamas also appears to be wrapping a bandage around the leg of a small child.
Another clip shows a smiling child holding a glass of water.
In English, a man says to a child: “Say bismillah (in the name of Allah).” The child repeats “Bismilla”.
“Yalla, drink,” the man says to the child. Then the child takes a sip.
More than 120 hostages in Gaza
On Friday morning, the Israeli military said it had confirmed that more than 120 civilians were being held hostage by Hamas in Gaza.
The media were invited on Tuesday to see what Kfar Azah, the community that was killed by Hamas, looked like as soldiers carried the bodies of the victims out of the houses where they were killed, i24News reported. The village is located near the border with the Gaza Strip.
The military found about 40 dead babies and children, some decapitated.
“This is not a war, not a battlefield. You see babies, mothers, fathers in their bedrooms, safe rooms, and terrorists killing them. This is a massacre,” said IDF Major General Itai Veruv.
Later, Israel’s foreign ministry could not “at this stage” confirm the number of “40 infants” and children killed in Saturday’s Hamas massacre at Kibbutz Kfar Az in southern Israel, a spokesman told AFP.
