Armand Duplantis won the pole vault final of the Diamond League track and field round held in Eugene (USA), setting a new world record – 6.23 m.

Armand Duplantis jumped 6.23 m in Eugene

The competition was held at the Hayward Field stadium (University of Oregon), and the Swede managed to jump 6.23 m on his first attempt.

Duplantis, the reigning Olympic and world champion, has now broken his world record seven times.
