George Pusz, permanently transferred to Genoa from Reading
The club “Reading” officially announced the transfer of the Romanian striker to “Genoa”, the team to which he was loaned last season and with which he reached Serie A.
“Romanian international Gheorghe Puskas has been transferred permanently by Genoa on loan for an undisclosed fee to be paid in instalments.
“Reading FC would like to congratulate George on his season and promotion in Italy, thank him for his contribution to the club and wish him well for the future,” the club’s official website said.
Joining Reading in 2019, Puskas scored 20 goals in 91 appearances for the English side. Before his loan to Genoa, he played half a season in Serie B, in Bari.
In the form of the first national team of Romania, the forward scored 10 goals in 36 matches.
