
Dutchman Max Verstappen, Red Bull’s leading driver, will start from pole position for Sunday’s Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal.

For the Dutch pilot, this is the fifth pole position this season, the third in a row, reaching the 25th in his entire career.
In 2023, Verstappen won five races: Bahrain, Australia, Miami, Monaco and Spain.
In Saturday’s wet qualifying, Nico Hulkenberg (Haas) finished second, while Fernando Alonso (Aston Martin) took the podium.
Verstappen’s RedBull teammate Sergio Perez finished only 12th.
The Canadian Grand Prix, the eighth round of the current season of Formula 1, will take place on Sunday at 21:00 at the track in Montreal.
