Iga Sviatek became the champion of Roland Garros for the third time, beating the Czech Karolina Mukhova in the grand final.
The world number one had a fantastic performance in Paris and once again confirmed that she is the best player in the WTA tournament at the moment.
At the end of the competition, which lasted 2 hours and 49 minutes at the Philippe Chatrier arena, Iga Sviatek joined the select club of the youngest athletes to win 4 Grand Slam tournaments. The same result was achieved by Serena Williams in the period 1999-2002.
