It breaks from tomorrow, Sunday, to Monday o weatheraccording to with an Emergency Deterioration Notice issued by EMY.

In particular, as highlighted:

On Sunday (06.11.2023) and Monday (06.12.2023) the weather in our country is expected to worsen. with the intensity of the phenomena of instability in the noon and afternoon hours on the mainland where they will appear heavy rains and thunderstorms, which will be accompanied by high frequency of thunderstorms and hail in places.

Areas to be affected:

Macedonia (including Thessaloniki), Epirus, Thessaly, Central Greece (including Attica), Evia, and the central and northeastern Peloponnese.

In Attica, the west and north of the prefecture, as well as the city of Athens, are expected to be affected.

FORECAST FOR TUESDAY 06/13/2023

Several clouds will temporarily intensify on the mainland and Crete in the afternoon, when local showers and individual thunderstorms will pass, mainly in the mountains.

Visibility during the morning and evening hours in the western continental regions will be locally limited.

The wind will blow north-northwest with a force of 3-4 points, at sea in some places 5 points on the Beaufort scale.

The temperature will not noticeably change.

FORECAST FOR WEDNESDAY 06/14/2023

Several clouds will temporarily intensify on the mainland and Crete in the afternoon, when local showers and individual thunderstorms will pass, mainly in the mountains.

The west wind will be variable weak. In the east, a north-northwest wind of 3 to 5 on the Beaufort scale is expected.

The temperature will rise slightly to its maximum values.
