According to the source, the striker has already signed a two-year contract with Saudi Arabian champions Al-Ittihad.
The deal includes an option to extend for another season, and the Frenchman will receive almost 200 million euros per year.
Benzema will say goodbye to Real Madrid fans at a press conference on Tuesday before leaving for Saudi Arabia.
