
An apology has been issued to the former president and managing director of OSE, charged with dereliction of duty for reassigning the 59-year-old stationmaster of the fatal shift on February 28, when the tragic train derailment occurred in Tempe.
According to ERT, the former president and CEO claimed that he acted legally, he said, he simply approved the recommendation of the OSE Evaluation Panel to transfer the 59-year-old station manager.
Apologies are expected from two members of the Evaluation Commission, who are also accused of dereliction of duty.
