Farul Konstanz is one success away from winning the Super League, and the team coached by Gike Hagi has already solved the problem of replacing Denis Alibek. Constanta’s current goalscorer has a special clause in his contract with Farul that allows him to leave the team for free if he receives an offer from abroad.

Rivaldinho agreed with Farul and will remain in the Super League

Released from his contract after leaving the University of Craiova, Rivaldinho agreed with Farul Constanze.

The Brazilian will sign a valid contract for the next two seasons and will receive a monthly salary of 10,000 euros, according to Playsport.

The 28-year-old played under Hyke Hagi from January 2019 to August 2020 and made 43 appearances, scoring 15 goals.

The son of the former Brazilian football great revealed that the reason he wanted to leave Craiova University was the lack of minutes.

“I had a good relationship (not with Eugen Nyagoe), we discussed and respected his decisions. I think I have the quality and I think I should be first choice.

Maybe second, but at least I’ll have a fighting chance. But I felt out of contention, I was the third option after Markovic and Kolic. I think I have enough quality to be first or second.

I didn’t want to stress and get angry at home anymore, spoil the atmosphere in the family. I didn’t want to be nervous anymore. So I go on vacation for 10 days, don’t want to hear anything about football, then come back.

I think I will sign with someone before the end of the month. I have options, but I prefer not to discuss anything right now. I think I will stay in Romania.” – said Rivaldinho after leaving the University of Craiova, reports Digi Sport.
