The product launched on the Romanian market, which will be replicated in other countries, is the first legal chatbot that also has its own AI component and answers more than 1000 labor law questions in a fraction of a second. Essentially, the customer has 24/7 access to answers in less than 3 seconds at minimal cost.

And the answers are legal opinions of the lawyers who administer the chatbot and which reflect not only the analysis of legal texts, doctrine and practice, but above all the expertise and experience of the legal team. In addition, if the question is not found on the platform, the legal team will upload the answer within a maximum of 48 hours.

And since we are talking about artificial intelligence, the name of the chatbot is not accidental, but comes from Ai Law in a customized version: i.Lo by Legal design. The first completed, tested and currently available component in the system early access is i.Lo HR and covers the scope of work, i.Lo PP (Public Procurement) and i.Lo GDPR (Data Protection) variants will also be launched.
