Do a google search on these terms and you will see who is promoting such nonsense. The bottom line is that you don’t even need to be a genius to figure out that even if such a hybrid could be created, it wouldn’t be the best outcome. After all, you have crossed a person with an inferior species in most ways.

The idea is simple, and I say this from the beginning, there has never, ever been an initiative like this. Stalin, with all his sins, did not have this. No one at that time thought of creating an army of people crossed with chimpanzees, at least not officially. And if someone thought about it, it just remained there, in his head, without any initiative and without any official proposals.
