
Police imposed 45 fines for offenses worth 50,700 lei by 2 p.m. and opened 3 criminal cases for incidents during the AUR protest at the Parliament House, government sources said on Wednesday. As a result of the incidents in which Ludovic Orban and Choma Botond were involved, criminal proceedings were opened against the AUR collaborator, who was found with ammunition elements and 2 other people.
The first criminal case was initiated against the member of the Bureau of the National Leadership of the AUR party, Olena Tsirlizhanu, who tried to enter the Parliament Palace with four bullets in her bag. Criminal proceedings have been opened for non-compliance with the regime of storage of weapons and ammunition.
- “Other 2 criminal cases were opened for incidents involving two deputies, Ludovic Orban and Choma Botond. Currently, the prosecutor’s office of the 5th district court is investigating the presence of the offense of insult in the circumstances of two events.
