
Miltiadis Salvarlis was born in Athens. He studied philology at the French Institute in Athens and law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Democritus in Thrace. From 1981 to 2012, he worked as a correspondent, editor and editor-in-chief at ERT radio and television, on the in.gr website, as well as in various publications. Among them are Journey, Pantheon, ELLE, Difono, HiTECH and National Geographic magazines. His latest book is titled Homeland is a Foreign Country and published by Metronomos.
