Minister Barna Tanchos reports that this year 75,000 funding will be provided, 20,000 lei per candidate, and the project budget is “unprecedented” at 2 billion lei.

According to him, since May 2, more than 250 companies have been registered that are engaged in the installation of solar panels and must undergo accreditation by the Medifund Administration.

Procedure to follow for Casa Verde PV

Interested persons will have to create an account on the project platform and submit the following documents in digital format:

  • An identity document
  • Extract from the land certificate
  • Certificate of fiscal attestation

Registrations will be confirmed with the email they used when creating their account. Submitted applications will be analyzed by installers accredited by the ASM after submission of documents, and in case of invalidity of the applications, each participant will receive the reasons for the invalidity of the application.

There is a 90-day period “during which we will publish a list of all the companies confirmed by the AFM to participate in this program, and during those 90 days citizens will be able to choose any of these companies,” said Laurenciu Neculaescu of the environment ministry.

After 3 months, the application is closed and the process of installing the panels begins, and the final step is the calculation.

“It’s all done through the app. The installer downloads the invoice and connection certificate. Based on these two documents, the AFM suggested, through the Funding Guidelines, a maximum period of 60 days to settle the withdrawal request,” Neculaescu said.
