At a three-day conference called “Diaspora 2023 – Communities Without Borders” organized by the University of Pecs (PTE) on Thursday, Árpád János Potápi emphasized that the Cabinet’s concern for parts of the nation, national communities and Hungarians living outside Hungary is fundamental, clear and continuous.
The Hungarian politician, who is the main patron of the conference, said: all this has been happening since 2010, because thirteen years ago the parliament decided to introduce the institution of dual citizenship, which represents the unifying force of the nation, and this milestone has defined the national policy of the Orbán governments.
