The prosecutor’s office opened a criminal case on two criminal offenses and four administrative offenses against a 21-year-old guy. who was arrested for a fan incident with the 16-year-old victim on Tuesday afternoon in the Evangelistria area of ​​Thessaloniki.

In particular, the detainee is prosecuted for causing grievous bodily harm, robbery (serious crimes), causing dangerous bodily harm, possession and use of objects capable of causing bodily harm with reference to the Sports Law, illegal possession of weapons and use of weapons (misdemeanors). ).

All of the above actions are accomplices, since in addition to the 21-year-old, his accomplice, who is wanted by the authorities, participated in the episode. At the same time, as it became known, the robbery was connected with a sports jacket brought by a minor victim, on which there was a team emblem.

The 16-year-old was taken to a hospital in Thessaloniki, where he is being treated for facial fractures and injuries to his lower extremities.

The accused was sent for an apology to the 5th staff investigator of Thessaloniki, from whom he received a term and remains in custody. Before the prosecutor, he allegedly admitted his act, saying that the minor had previously insulted him.

The attack, according to the case file, occurred when the victim was walking down the street with his group. The face of one of the criminals was hidden, and he was carrying a small metal object. At the sight of the incident, a 20-year-old man ran to the rescue, as a result of which he was also attacked.
