The police inspector of the Constanta district announced on Saturday in a press release that the policemen of the Constanta Organized Crime Brigade together with the prosecutors of the DIICOT – Territorial Service of Constanta are investigating 11 people, participants of the festival held in the Mamaia resort, for committing crimes of international illegal drug trafficking danger and increased danger, illegal circulation of narcotic drugs of increased danger and increased danger, and illegal storage of dangerous narcotic drugs for personal consumption.

“During the investigation, it was revealed that the suspects imported into Romania, transported, stored and possessed a significant amount of high and high risk drugs for the purpose of commercialization during the festival, which took place in the resort of Mamaia, Constanta. county on April 27 at various times and places, having been caught in the act of selling such substances. According to the source, four searches were conducted and 300 ecstasy pills, 70 2 CB (“pink cocaine”) pills and 100 grams of cocaine, 50 grams of ketamine, 10 grams of hashish and 10 doses of methamphetamine were seized.

Six foreign citizens were detained for 24 hours and handed over to the Konstanz court, which decided on their preventive arrest for 30 days.

On Saturday, Constanta City Hall announced that local police had arrested two men from Bucharest while they were selling drugs in the area of ​​the Sunwaves festival in Mamaia.

“High-risk drugs offered for sale were hidden/stored in a Volkswagen Passat car. On Friday, the Gendarmerie of Constanta announced that 22 people who wanted to get to the festivals taking place on the coast at this time were found to be in possession of drugs.
