
According to a study by the Manpower Group, which surveyed 39,000 employers in 41 countries, 2023 is the year of the world’s greatest talent shortage.

This is a combination that is increasingly difficult to find in the labor market around the world. Four out of five employers admit that it is very difficult for them to find such people.
As the global economy recovers from the pandemic, employers are more optimistic and demand for jobs remains strong. A paradoxical situation: although they admit that there is not enough personnel, employers are looking for more and more people on the labor market. Therefore, more than half (55%) of employers expressed a desire to hire specialists even from abroad of the country where they have their business.
