PAOK Thessaloniki qualified for the final of the Greek Cup with a 1-1 draw in the semi-final second leg with Lamia. In the first game, the wards of Rezvan Lucescu won with a score of 5:1.

AEK Athens – PAOK Thessaloniki in the final of the Greek Cup

Rezvan Lucescu’s players did not waste their energy as they did in the first leg, ending in a draw after Schwab’s goals from the penalty spot in the 25th minute, followed by Manusos in the 51st minute, 6-2 on aggregate.

In the final, PAOK will face AEK Athens, who advanced to the semi-finals from Olympiakos Piraeus with a 4-2 aggregate score.

The team from Thessaloniki has eight Greek Cups, the last one won in 2021. At the head of the team, Rezvan Lucescu won two Cups and lost last year’s final.

In the Greek league, PAOK are fourth in the playoffs with 60 points, nine behind leaders AEK.
