A 38-year-old gendarme was killed in Ryshniv on the night from Saturday to Sunday, who was trying to settle a conflict between two men over a loan of several thousand euros, and two more people were injured.

According to Adrian Radu, chief prosecutor of Brasov court, the aggressor and the other three men knew each other.

• “While drinking alcohol, the aggressor reproached one of the victims for not returning a loan of several thousand euros.
• He went home, armed himself with a knife and returned to attack the alleged debtor.
• Two more came to defend the latter, a gendarme and another victim, aged 20 or something.
• As a result of the aggression, a gendarme was killed and two others were injured.
• Then the aggressor returned home, where he cut the veins on one arm, and he is now in a hospital in Sibiu for an emergency operation,” said Adrian Radu, quoted by Agerpres.

She also reported that the boy who was slightly injured in the conflict is a fireman.

The case is under investigation for murder and attempted murder, and if the third victim, the one who received minor injuries, files a complaint, the investigation will also continue for assault, said the chief prosecutor of the Brasov Office.

According to IPJ Braşov, all four men knew each other before Saturday’s scandal:

• “On March 26, around 00:20, the dispatcher of the Brasov County Police Inspectorate was informed by an emergency call of 112 that an attack had taken place in the city of Rysnov, in the premises of the building. in which a 39-year-old man allegedly stabbed three people.
• The actions allegedly took place in the house, where the suspect entered through an open door, finding three men aged 22, 24 and 38, respectively. (…)
• After committing the aggression, the criminal would have gone to his house, he would have been recognized next to him, in an unconscious state, with cuts on his hands, bodily injuries that he would have inflicted after the conflict in the house.”
