A fatal traffic accident with a 42-year-old victim occurred on Wednesday night (15.03) at approximately 21:00 on the Cerron-Neos Skopou ring road at the height of Neochorio.
The car, driven by a 42-year-old man, veered off course under unclear circumstances and ended up in a field with vineyards. The fire brigade arrived at the scene, took the unfortunate person and delivered him to the EKAV ambulance, where he was pronounced dead.
The 42-year-old worked at a restaurant in the city of Serres, who told him with a notice that it would be closed until Tuesday due to mourning.
