The young man was in Yanina during a school trip. Being on the hotel balcony last night, he pointed an air gun at a traffic police officer and hit him.

The arrest of the student followed, while as part of the investigation of the case, an air pistol and several plastic bullets were confiscated from him.

Also arrested were a teacher who accompanied a student tour, as well as his parents, against whom a case was initiated for negligence in his supervision, who were then released.

The next trial of the juvenile was scheduled for December 15, 2023.
