At the Arculet de Triomphe stadium, Dynamo opened the scoring with Iglesias (’45, after a mistake by the Moldovan goalkeeper), but Poli equalized thanks to Oane (’81, a great shot from outside the penalty area).

Sekulych (Poli) was sent off in the 83rd minute, but Ovidio Burke’s team could not take advantage of the numerical advantage and “trembled” until the end of the game.

“Dynamo”, “Gloria Buzeu” and “Unirya Slobozia” finished with an equal number of points (31 each), but the “Yalomi” team finished in 7th place based on the results of direct matches (Unirya was defeated by both rivals).

Teams that qualified for the League 2 playoffs: CSA Steaua Bucharest, Poli Iasi, Ocelul Galați, Unirea Dej, Gloria Buzeu and Dinamo Bucharest.
