It was 2-1 at half-time and Real managed to convert after Eder Militao headed in a superb pass from Chuameni in the 39th minute.
The final score was set in extra time after a great move by Nacho, who passed to Asensio for the sake of formality.
Real Madrid scores 56 points, six less than leader Barcelona, which, however, has a game in hand.
