A train collision in Larisa just before midnight on Tuesday claimed the lives of at least six people as ambulances transport the injured to local hospitals, according to current information.
The collision took place under unknown circumstances. Information speaks for burned and maimed, at least 18 people were taken to two hospitals, one person was intubated. Checks were not completed on all wagons.
The collision of two trains, freight and passenger, also caused a fire, and 40 firefighters with 17 cars rushed to put out the fire.
