New information appears after a serious injury to a 19-year-old boy. which on Friday evening (24/2) fell into space from the third floor of a hotel in Patras. Two young women who were part of the group were arrested for drug violations but released after testifying.

According to ERT, they allegedly stated that the young man was using marijuana and was in a panic when he fell from a height of about ten meters into the adjacent area of ​​​​a water tank, as a result of which he was seriously injured.

A search of the two girls found small amounts of marijuana and a grater, supporting their claim that it was an accident. The two young women were released on the orders of the Protodiki Patras prosecutor.

According to reports, two girls who live in Ilioupolis, Attica, received a 19-year-old boy, also from the Ilioupoli region, in their room.

The young man, who suffered multiple fractures, appears to have escaped danger to his life. After the incident, he was taken to a university hospital in Rio, where doctors managed to stabilize his condition and then transferred to the intensive care unit.

The police are still investigating the circumstances of the fall, while his family was informed from the first moment and his parents went to Patras to be by his side.
