The intervention of the people from the 5X5 field in Agios Dimitriou in Thessaloniki was immediate and they tried to revive a young man who had passed out while playing football.

According to information, there was a defibrillator at the stadium, which the workers immediately used, and a few minutes later two ambulances and an ABEC mobile squad arrived at the scene. Rescuers spent an hour and a half trying to get him back.

According to what is known at the moment, the youngster, around 18 years old, felt dizzy during the warm-up, but after that he felt better and decided to play normally. The 18-year-old boy was taken to the Papageorgiou hospital, where he is in critical condition.
