More than two weeks after the Sepsi v U Craiova 1948 match was suspended due to xenophobic chants by Olten fans, the Disciplinary Commission of the Romanian Football Federation has delivered its verdict.

Kraiova 1948 lost the green table game 0-3 and will be without supporters for the next six games. The decision, which was sharply criticized by the president of the group from Bani, Marcel Puskas, could have been completely different. One of the participants in this scandal explained to Digi Sport what was decisive in the decision, which seriously hit U Craiova 1948.

Thus, if the security officer of “Krajova 1948” Ketalin Rizan had not signed the document by which the Oltei club committed to the presence of fans in the match with “Sepsi”, Adrian Mititelu’s team would not have lost the match with a score of 0:3, but it was very likely it was decided that the Kovas team would lose at the “green table”.
