The Ministry of Defense of Great Britain published a photo of Ukrainian crews training on British Challenger 2 tanks, writing that Ukrainians quickly learn to use combat vehicles.

“Tankists of the Armed Forces of Ukraine quickly learned to master the powerful Challenger 2 this week,” the Ministry of Defense said in a statement on Twitter on Saturday.

Britain has pledged to send 14 tanks to help forces in Kyiv, and Ukrainian tank crews arrived for training last weekend, CNN reported.

Modern tanks, promised by the West to strengthen Ukraine’s defense capabilities and which could change the pace on the front, should arrive as early as March, according to German and British officials.
