Leaving the courthouse, T. Theodorikakos said: “Some time ago, I filed a lawsuit against an officer demobilized in the last minutes, who, with lies and slander on my face, carried out a vile conspiracy. Five police officers who conducted a search of a group of four people 15 months ago, now recalled by a retired officer, testified and issued a corresponding conclusion that the search was carried out in a regular manner and the perpetrators were not found. This element is part of the case file.”

“The slanderer tried to harm me politically and morally. Him and everyone behind. But even he did not say anything in his testimony and did not even mention my name. Well, the case was set up for a specific purpose. A clear message to these bastards who organized and executed this bastard, I will take them to the end. The word belongs to the independent Greek judiciary. No one will play with the honor and respect of my son and our family,” the minister continued. When asked what the motive was, he replied that “the truth has shone, everything will be revealed about the motive and who is behind it.”

Alexis Kougias stated that the son of Mr. Theodorikakos will also file a claim, and the claim for 500,000 euros will be filed on behalf of Mr. Theodorikakos, and noted: “I am impressed with the diligence with which the materials of the case were sent to Parliament, because , according to the minister and me, never mentioned that the minister did anything, but only mentions that I conclude that Mr. Theodorikakos may be behind it. This study worries me.”
