At least three people died and four were injured early Saturday morning in a fire in the upscale Benedict Canyon neighborhood of Los Angeles.
Police sources said three people were killed in a car on the street and 4 others were injured on the street.
Representatives of the Los Angeles Fire Department went to Ellison Drive, a street of luxury homes north of Beverly Hills. LAPD was also on the scene.
Few details of the incident have been released, but police said the victims were taken to local hospitals. However, it is not yet known whether the suspects are at large.
The shooting comes just one week after 11 people were killed in a Monterey park. Three days later, a gunman killed seven people in the Half Moon Bay area.
