New meeting to assess meteorological data related to developing bad weather took place at the Ministry of Climate Crises and Civil Protection.

OUR General Secretariat for Civil Protection and TIMETABLE have already informed the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport and all relevant state bodies, regions and municipalities of the country, as well as all highway concessionaires of the country, so that they remain in full combat readiness.

They are in constant contact with the Hellenic Police Operations Center to inform citizens of any problems in the road network.

In the same time, General Secretariat for Civil Protection reiterates the strong advice to citizens (in addition to guidelines 112) to be extremely careful, limit their movements to the extreme necessary in areas where dangerous weather events develop, and take all necessary self-protection measures in accordance with the instructions of the Public Health Service.
