
The arrest of a man in Heraklion for violating the law on weapons and antiquities was carried out by the police of the Heraklion security sub-directorate and the operational department of the Mylopotamos police.
His arrest was made after an investigation at IXE and then to his residence, where they found and seized, among other things, a submachine gun with three magazines, a pistol with one magazine, a submachine gun, a firearm with a wooden handle and an additional spare barrel, 244 full cartridges of various types and calibers, 5 firecrackers, 1 spear and 35 ancient coins of Constantinople.
A preliminary investigation is being conducted by the Heraklion Security Department.
