Several people who took part in a party organized on Saturday night in a restaurant in Rymnik-Vilca arrived at the hospital after complaining of feeling unwell, representatives of the Vilca District Police Inspectorate said. People complained of headaches, vomiting, and stomachaches, reports the Vilchan Emergency Situations Inspectorate.

About 70 people attended the party, some of them complained of feeling unwell.

“On January 21, around 8:20 p.m., the police of the Rymnik Vilcha municipality were informed by number 112 that several people were complaining of feeling unwell in the premises of the restaurant in the municipality. From the first checks carried out on the spot, it was established that a party was taking place in the restaurant, where about 70 people were present, and at one point some of them complained of feeling unwell. “Several people have arrived at the hospital to undergo a thorough medical examination,” said a source quoted by Agerpres.

The police conduct checks to establish the actual circumstances and take measures.

14 people arrived at the hospital, said the spokesman of the Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (ISU) Vilca Octavian Fulger.

He showed that six people came to the hospital, another six were transported by ambulance crews, and two people were taken to the hospital by the SMURD brigade.

“This evening, SMURD paramedics were invited to intervene in Rymnik-Wilce, in the central area, in a place with a public catering profile, to provide medical assistance to several people who complained of illness. Several SMURD and SAJ crews responded to the scene with appropriate personnel and determined that the 112 reports were confirmed, with individuals complaining of headache, vomiting and abdominal pain. At the moment, a total of 14 people arrived at UPU Vilcha, of which six were transported by SAJ, two were transported to SMURD hospital and another six people appeared in the medical department,” said the representative of ISU Vilcha.
