The countdown to her arrest began on Sunday, December 4, when the woman telephoned a radio taxi to transport her from Nafpaktos to Corinth the next day for a fee of 200 euros.

Arriving at their destination, the 37-year-old woman, under the pretext that she could not pay the cost in cash or by card, sent a virtual document to the driver’s son’s mobile phone, convincing him that the amount of 250 euros had been transferred. The taxi driver realized the fraud and reported it to the police, whose officers proceeded to arrest her.

The investigation revealed that the 37-year-old woman committed three more frauds in hotels and mini-markets in our country, while a European arrest warrant was pending against her in cases of fraud in Slovakia. Somehow, her actions began to show.

The creation of the company remained … on paper

According to the warrant, on February 18, 2021, the defendant approached J.K., a man of great financial standing, and presented him with a business idea related to the creation of a company to provide loans to individuals. Reportedly, “she introduced one of her victims, J.K., to a project called ‘Donate Loan – Daruj Uver’, which was to provide loans and credit to individuals, and at the same time convinced him that behind this project were people. with influence. At the same time, he demanded the creation of a business company, which will be registered in the Commercial Register.” J.K. was finally convinced and gradually transferred 3760 euros to the account of a 37-year-old man to create a company.

In this case, the defendant, according to the warrant, worked with the man M.N., who prepared the necessary minutes for the establishment of the proposed credit company, drafted the memorandum of association and sent the relevant documents to the 37-year-old man. , who in turn contacted the affected JK and informed him that everything was ready to launch the company.

Somehow, her “comrade-in-arms” began to draw up loan agreements between the victim Zh.K. as a creditor and four persons as debtors, despite the fact that these persons did not know about the issuance of loan agreements. Through these fake contracts, the 37-year-old woman urged JK to hand over the funds to her (presumably for loans) and the latter finally gave her an envelope containing 45,000 euros.

“My card is blocked”

The following scam was committed on 20 March 2021 with a man, M.S. Specifically, a 37-year-old woman contacted the man via an online application and informed him that she was in Greece and did not have access to her accounts, asking him for 2600 Euro. In fact, she also sent him a screenshot from her mobile phone’s e-banking app with the promise that she would return it to him immediately. Finally, the victim was convinced and sent her 2,600 euros.

Her next “target” was a man named P.S. Following the same tactic, the 37-year-old woman contacted her victim and asked for 1,000 euros to be transferred to her. The reason, according to her, is that her card was stuck in the ATM and she could not withdraw cash. PC was convinced and gave her the money, of course never returning it.

He took payments for a “ghostly” apartment.

The next victim of the imposing 37-year-old man was the woman Z.S., from whom she pulled out 1,750 euros. He succeeded thanks to a fraudulent advertisement for renting an apartment in Bratislava. Z.S. became interested in the apartment, and the 37-year-old woman convinced her to pay 750 euros as a deposit, and then 1,000 euros as rent for August and September. The woman gave the money, but the keys to the apartment were not delivered.

The 37-year-old woman used exactly the same tactics against two more victims, from whom she managed to get 1,750 euros and 1,100 euros, respectively.

Fraud in Greece

But in addition to Slovakia, the blond beauty is involved in three more scams that took place in Greece. In the same way, the accused deceived the employees of the hotel in Patras, where she lived from 11/26/2022 to 11/30/2022. She sent them fictitious and false receipts and did not pay for her lodging, as well as for the additional services provided to her.

Finally, on December 1, 2022, the defendant ordered products worth 150 euros from a mini-market in Patras, which she received by deceiving the store managers and not paying the corresponding price.
