They were arrested in a spontaneous procedure last Saturday (29.10) in Agios Dimitriosfive minors are accused of assault with the use of physical force on a 15-year-old girl, their accomplices are on the wanted list.

According to EL.AS, it all happened on October 28 in a park in Agios Dimitrios, where a group of people, including those arrested, attacked and wounded a 15-year-old girl and her 19-year-old brother, who intervened to help her.

Also during the attack, one of the defendants took away a watch from a 19-year-old teenager. The defendants then fled on foot, while the two brothers were taken to the hospital in an EKAV ambulance.

In the afternoon of the next day, after searches, the personnel of the Jupiter group located the aforementioned minors and took them to the security department of Agios Dimitrios, where they were arrested.

In addition, a case was brought against their parents for neglecting the supervision of minors.

The defendants were taken to the competent prosecutor’s office.
