Another defendant is sent to prison for the rape and exploitation of a 12-year-old schoolgirl from Kolonos.
He is a 36-year-old hospital administrator who pleaded guilty last week, along with two other defendants, to sexual acts with a minor for pay.
However, after the confession of the 36-year-old, the investigator and the prosecutor disagreed about his further criminal treatment, and this disagreement was called upon to resolve the competent judicial council.
As a result, by the will of the members of the Judicial Council, a decision was made to imprison the accused, removing the disagreement that had arisen between the investigator and the prosecutor, in favor of the latter. In particular, the prosecutor was of the opinion that a 36-year-old man should be taken into custody, contrary to the opinion of the investigator, who decided that there was not enough evidence to place him in temporary custody.
