Virginia Ruzici supports Simona Halep in the doping case

At the end of May of this year, Halep announced that she would end her cooperation with Ruzici and announced that she would work together with Swede Nina Wennerström.

“I have known Simona for a long time and worked with her for 14 years. All this time, she was not only an incredible athlete and champion, but also a role model. Simona is a person with sportsmanship, impeccable decency and honesty.

I am deeply saddened by the development of the situation and I am 100% convinced that Simona would never have done anything to gain an unfair advantage. I fully support Simona in her struggle for and with the truth” – Virginia Ruzicion Instagram.
