October’s final auction, dedicated to elegance, brings together several collector cars, over 100 rare watches and exclusive jewelry, as well as limited (or very limited) handbags.

For 40,000 euros starting price, a symbol of the American industry of the crazy years – a perfect copy of the Ford Mustang – is being sold at auction. The GT Fastback sports model, created in 1967, has been fully restored to museum standards and retains its famous color scheme – blue with longitudinal white stripes. At the time of its introduction, it was one of the fastest production cars in the world, reaching a top speed of 214 km/h and accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.4 seconds.

In the same year 1967, a Mercedes-Benz 250s (W108) car was released, which served as the former protocol car of the Japanese ambassador in Bucharest, and whose starting price at the auction was 30,000 euros. The extremely well-maintained model is worthy of classicism – rear-view mirrors on the wheel arches, white fabric curtains with embroidery and the Mercedes logo on the rear windows – and, of course, it has a historic car certificate.

Along with these examples, other historical but fully functional models are sold. Car enthusiasts can experience the elegant jewels on four wheels at the Cesianu-Racoviță Palace until October 27, or submit offers for these collectibles through an active account at artmark.ro.

The Elegance auction is complemented by a collection of rare watches, some for ladies, some for gentlemen. The most striking and valuable appearance, the timeless elegance is the Vacheron Constantine Patrimony Moon Phase Retrograde Date watch. This iconic design, inspired by 1950s models, became an instant collector’s item upon release, not only because of its refined classicism, but also because of the complications that contribute to the incredible precision, this model only needs to be timed once. every 122 years. The model dedicated to gentlemen was created in 2020 and has a starting price of 23,000 euros (based on a market value of at least 50,000 euros). At the Elegance auction, there are other exclusive models from Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Franck Muller or Cartier that can be purchased at a starting price of around 20-30% of the list value, i.e. a quarter of the market price.

Women reserved a special collection of unique jewelry and limited edition bags at the Elegance auction. The exclusive, contemporary or vintage jewelery section covers starting prices from 300 to 15,000 euros, be it rings, earrings, bracelets or necklaces. However, the most anticipated accessory at the elegance auctions organized by Casa Artmark are the Hermès bags, for which there is usually a long line waiting. The auction on October 27 allows you to surpass this list and for a starting price of 4,500 euros give a rare model of Hermès, the most expensive brand of bags in the world – Kelly Voyage in Clemence leather in Rouge Garance color. Other rare appearances are bags from famous brands Valentino, Bottega Veneta or Louis Vuitton.
