The father of a child who doctor Florian Robe thought was dead at birth and “would have thrown on the tray”, the child survived, although he was not given any medical care, spoke of the trauma the family endured like this, according to News.ro.

He says that his wife was given dilation injections, and instead of being taken to the delivery room, she was left to have an “abortion” in the nurse’s office, and the baby was found the next day in a pot with a lid. bag. “The doctor calmly said that we are young and will give birth to another child, it’s not a problem,” the man says.

A 35-year-old man said that on April 24, 2019, his wife had complications during childbirth, and doctors in Pitesti urgently sent her to Politsa maternity hospital, recommending doctor Florian Robe.

“We arrived, and the doctor assured us that he would do everything possible for the child to survive. (…) He consulted his wife and said that he had no more liquid, that he had lost it on the way. His wife was hospitalized on the 22nd.

On the 24th the bleeding started and the doctor said there was absolutely nothing he could do, that the mother came first, that we had to save her – that’s what he told me – and that we had to keep calm, that we were young and we would anything else, baby, that’s no problem. He gave his wife dilation injections in order to have an abortion, they did not take him to the operating room, he took him to the nurses’ office, to the salon where his wife was lying.

She gave birth, told her that the child was dead, made her sign the child’s death certificate, took her (not a newborn girl) and simply threw her in the tray. He didn’t even give her first aid, as a rule, he should have given her first aid for resuscitation, he just took her and threw her into the tray,” the man said.

According to him, the next day, after a shift change, a nurse came to his wife and asked if she wanted to send the child’s body home or if she wanted to take it to the post-mortem to determine the cause of death.

“The wife said she wanted to see the cause of the misfortune. At that point the nurse went into the… they must have a cold room, she went into the cold room and accidentally kicked the bag. And the moment he kicked the sack, the child cried in the sack. He, of course, did not believe it and knocked again, and the child in the bag cried. When he took it out of the bag – it makes me sick when I say this – it was put in a pot with a lid, he took it out of the pot and the girl then started breathing,” the man continues.

He claims that at that moment he called the head of neonatology, to whom he told about what had happened, and she would have answered: “Everyone?”.

The man said that he knew these details from a nurse who found the child alive and who wanted to baptize the child. “She told us all the events because she said she couldn’t keep this secret from us anymore and she should tell us the whole truth and move on if we can,” the man adds.

He adds: “He made us believe that it happened during the Holy Week of Easter and that it was a miracle from God, they wanted to hush up the matter.”

He also noted that he and his wife have submitted statements to the prosecutor’s office and are waiting for “justice to be served and the doctor to stop practicing” so that this does not happen to others.
