
Until Monday, October 31, 2022, the possibility of cashing checks has been extended (voucher) Program beneficiaries “Digital Care 2”in order to maximize the use of funds allocated for the purchase of digital equipment (tablet, laptop, desktop).
According to data released by the Ministry of Education, out of 166,599 checks already issued, 162,014 or more than 97% have been cashed or will be cashed immediately.
The decision to extend the period for cashing checks was taken at the request of the beneficiaries.
It is recalled that the vouchers are part of the Digital Assistance program and the beneficiaries are teachers and members of the Special Educational Staff – Special Support Staff working in public or private schools (without social or other criteria), as well as families affected by fires that occurred in regions of Greek territory from July 27, 2021 to August 13, 2021, in which there are dependents attending educational institutions in the country.
